SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM FOR INFANTS                 
Parents must be registered and attend three (3) preparation classes.
Classes are held in January, March, May, July, September and November.
Please call the Parish Office for information and registration forms. 

SACRAMENT OF MARRIAGE
The Sacrament of Marriage requires an initial interview and proper preparation.
A minimum of four (4) months is always required.
Please call the Parish Office.

ANNULMENT
To request an annulment, call the parish office to schedule an appointment
with Fr. Peter or contact Deacon Jerry Tokars by email.

FUNERALS
Please call the Parish Office before contacting the mortuary.

COMMUNION CALLS OR ANOINTING  OF THE SICK 
Please call the Parish Office for an appoinment.
