There is only 1 registration form for all programs.
Please complete the form below to register your child(ren) for our program. Registration is online only.

1 child - $50.00
2 children - $75.00
3 or more children - $100.00
Fees for Religious Education must be paid by August 31, 2025. Payment may be dropped off at the Parish Office.
MANDATORY Meeting for all parents of religious education programs on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the parish hall.
MANDATORY Meeting for all parents of children who are seeking a sacrament this school year on Monday, August 18, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. in the parish hall.
Classes begin Saturday, September 6 and Sunday, September 7, 2025.
